My buddy mrdriller says this is a semi-sequel to Data East's NeoGeo platformer SpinMaster, what with the super-deformed, cowboy hat-wearing main characters. This game is way different, however, and much worse.

It takes place in horizontal split-screen, and has you race to the end of the level, to be the first cowboy to win the favors of of some blond Western floozy. Obstacles such as skateboards, gushing sewer drains, and kids opening doors (darn punks!) abound, and watch out that your opponent doesn't hit you with one of us unlimited supply of chuckable bombs.

Stage two baffled us, as we very quickly found ourselves at a dead-end, with electric moles or something popping out of the ground around us. Um. Reset.

Password codes unlock two lame minigames. In one, you dodge left and right as large boulders fall down from the top of the screen, with score based on how long you stay non-squished. In the second, you jump left to right from cloud to cloud, with score based on how long you can avoid falling. Whee.
