|A simple, blocky colorful puzzle game, with a low-bit retro aesthetic like the other games in Nintendo's "big Generations" series. Dialhex is a block-matching game, with the big twist that the blocks are triangular, and you match them in hexagon shapes.|
This is actually pretty cool, but it's somehow way more complicated for my ape brain to comprehend than square block puzzles. Triangular blocks fall down into a hexagonal field, and you can rotate them around with a hexagonal cursor. Get eight together in a hex shape, and they clear. Blocks falling down will slide down angled edges, and you can get some pretty complex cascades going on.
Neat, but I'm all thumbs at it.
