It's a Western attempt at a psuedo-3D Zelda-type action RPG (from the company that made Grand Theft Auto, no less) but it fails in just about every way: the pre-rendered sprite characters look bad, the interface takes about two button presses more than it should to do vital things, interaction with objects in the world is so clunky that I've got stuck twice already because while I was at the right location pressing the right button, it just didn't register because I was one or two pixels away from the invisible area the game required me to be in, the story is worthless, the areas cramped and too dark, etc etc etc and so on.
I didn't think a game with monkeys in a major role could suck but this game disproved that theory. Or did it? It's more likely that the main character here is a lemur masquerading as a monkey man.
