"Arcade Card ports of SNK fighting games."
Another Arcade Card port of an SNK fighter by Hudson, like all of them supports two player and six-button controllers. Not all that bad a port, actually, although the voices sound bad. Loading times are significantly better than the port of Art of Fighting (see entry 611) and the graphics don't have any scaling problems.
It's just too bad that I don't really like Fatal Fury 2, mostly due to that stupid "sway line" dual plane system, or whatever it was called, where the fighters constantly skip back and forth between two depth planes. I wish there was an option to disable that or something. |
