| | Kind of nifty platformer in which you rampage through heavily-packed platformed areas as a scantily clad girlie with a wooden sword, hitting things. The foes tend toward the cartoon look, sometimes, but the girl is proportioned realistically (rather than being super-deformed, I mean), so OMG the game feels like all adult and stuff.
Actually it looks pretty good. It can be a bitch though because they liked to put tiny flying enemies in patterns that take them just in and out of hittable range (like, just a little above or below your normal side-to-side attack), so you have to jump or duck-hit, or up-hit. This would be swell and all except that the control is a tiny bit wooden. |
