A six-episode anime series (I guess they call these shorties OVAs: "original video animation") chronicling what happens when an introverted boy's life is turned upside down by the arrival of a crazy girl on a Vespa scooter who keeps trying to whack him on the head with an electric guitar. It very intentionally tries not to make sense, and keeps things topsy turvy with wildly fluctuating animation and art styles, oh, and driving pop-rock music, seeking to induce a kind of sensory overload. Even the name of the series doesn't make sense; it's just a kind of nonsense phrase the characters bat around once in a while.

So, that's that. It's worth seeing for the wild characters and art, but I wasn't all that satisfied with the supposed resolution of the story; it's all very well to go along not making sense up to the end, but when the end comes and sort of makes sense, but in a not so fascinating way, you wonder why there was all the bother. Also, the main character maintains his depressed composure nearly throughout, as if they were intentionally trying to avoid development of his underdeveloped character, which is ultimately not all that interesting.
