Ultra Puzzle Bobble Pocket! And Namco Museum Battle Collection, which has, importantly, great ports of Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Dig Dug II, and Rolling Thunder (and some other junk). The Taiko no Tatsujin Portable games are pretty neat if you're into that kind of thing. Oh yeah, Space Invaders Extreme is neat too.
