Are you saying they actually use MAME? They have been fairly straightforward, with the appearance of running via some form of emulation, as far as I've seen, yes--the time and score attack modes, with leaderboard support added to KOF 94 came as something of a surprise to me. I do NOT see Last Blade 2 on Steam, and the Metal Slug 3 there is an older one by DotEmu, not Code Mystics.
