Fatal Fury isn’t R-1 but it still destroys any pocket fighter of its day, right? It’s better than the GB version...maybe Guilty Gear Petit could give it a run. Pocket Fighter WS as well. I'm not a fan of guilty gear petit, personally! I do think some of the game gear ports were alright, like fatal fury special. it feels a bit stilted, but then, so does SFII in general, so I'm kind of okay with it.
