| Early 80's split video/pinball machine from Bally; you start off playing Pac-man on a smallish screen on top, in a pretty tough maze, initially with no power pellets even (!); if you have to, you can duck out through pipe in the bottom, at which point the play switches to a cramped and relatively featureless pinball table set below the video screen. I'm not quite sure how success is achieved, but I guess you want to try to stay up on the video screen for the most part, since if you lose your ball down below, you're a man down. These combo video/pinball machines were generally bad ideas. |
