Pretty much identical to the Japanese release (see entry 1283), except that they applied some texture smoothing to the 3D backgrounds, so the careful dithering effect that made the 3D backgrounds match the 2D sprites so well is mostly lost; the background is smoothed out like in '99 Evolution, and to me looks less interesting. Also the disc label isn't as cool. |
