Bally, 1975 (actually manufactured in '76). Didn't expect to like this game with its two-on-the-left lower flipper layout, plus an upper right flipper, but aside from those the bonus buildup and doubler play--with nice targets, bumpers, rollover spots and a top side lane on either side--is very solid and keeps you shooting.
 
The top right flipper shoots at a bank of targets on the left, but the horizontal ricochets are quite dangerous, and it seemed safer just to hold the flipper out and let it roll the ball onto the lower flippers.
 
Captain Fantastic is apparently a tripped-out Elton John, who is somehow sending the electrified ball zinging straight up through the glass in the backglass art; no idea who the Brown Dirt Cowboy is, though--sounds a little suspicious. ;P

The blocky flippers on this one didn't seem to pack as much power as they might have.
