A Windows utility for applying .ips patches to NES ROMs. Nice simple UI.
Says it can apply multiple patches at once, but when I do that with the default settings anyway, it just kicks out separate patched roms per ips file, rather than one rom with the patches applied consecutively. So I found if I wanted to apply multiple patches, I still had to apply them one at a time. But that seemed to work okay. |
