"A big nasty boss battle."
An unusually non-vertically-oriented vertical shooter in the 194x series, but it still kicks butt thanks to bold ship design and lots and lots of heavy firepower.
Holding the Fire button charges energy for a big strafing attack, during which attack you are quite invulnerable--very valuable in boss battles! And of course you have bombs and little wingmen and things to assist in blowing the heck up anything that comes your way. The flak flies freely and the bosses impress with size and attack variety. You'll hardly even miss not having a vertical monitor. |
