I disagree. As stupid as the shape of Coleco pads was, they required much less force to actuate and are way easier to grip than 2600 sticks. The 2600 stick is like some kind of carnival strength test machine. They put rubber feet on the bottom because you need the coffee table for leverage…but the base is so small it barely helps.
Still not as bad as 3DO or Jag so there’s something to be said for them. Also they don’t brick themselves sitting on a shelf like modern junk does. They were also inexpensive. Certainly not the worst stick, just the worst stick on a system worth playing.
