That is, the thing has so much lag that I want to replace all the shooters on it with RPGs and mahjong games and other titles were lag doesn’t matter. I enjoyed Ys I&II a lot, but Lords of Thunder is not really playable, IMHO. If I was new to the game I may not notice but I can 1CC LoT it on real hardware on the same TV I can’t even clear it on the Mini. There’s some intangible issue...the G&W seems much much better in the actual gameplay area. I think I like it more than an actual NES. (n/t) from SignOfZeta.
interesting, I didn't know the lag was so bad on the mini. I bought the snes mini and never opened it, and that was pretty much the end of my mini-buying experience.
