(Belated) SNK update: former Koei Tecmo / Zynga / Sega exec Kenji Matsubara is new SNK CEO. And the original MBS announcement of his SNK acquisition is no longer online.
 
Matsubara had resigned as president of Sega in 2020. More on him here.
 
The original Mohammed bin Salman announcement of buying what would become a majority ownership of SNK was on his charitable organization MiSK's site, here. Its removal doesn't necessarily signify anything, of course, and I think MiSK is still the majority stakeholder as far as is publicly known.
