What did I miss on Vita? All I really every played on it was the annual Super Robot Wars game (which I always liked a lot). It died in Japan like five years after the US, its very powerful, as a great screen and amazingly good analog sticks. It could do an amazing job at something. I wasn't paying attention though and support in US stores was total crap so whatever is out there I missed it. Please reply with your Vita suggestions. I have Hot Shots Golf, Fifa 13, Ridge Racer, Gunhouse, Disgaea 3 (amazing intro but I just can't do these massive RPGs anymore...other than SRW), DoA 5. I was super into Gundam Breaker 1 and 2 so I know about those. I'd like a really good racing game.

Follow Ups:
A lot of the good stuff on Vita wound up coming out elsewhere as well, but the Earth Defense Force 2 port is good, if you want to play that on the go. Also TxK, Jeff Minter's (maybe best?) tempest version. Some people like Gravity Rush (I don't love it). There's Wipeout 2048, I think that was the last wipeout game. I also really enjoyed playing those danganronpa games on there. but realistically the vita died too fast to get much on there that you can't play elsewhere. (n/t) (exodus) (15:24:25 11/26/21 EST)
Going through my notes on the games I played back then I liked Dragon's Crown, Guilty Gear Accent Core Plus R and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 the best. When it comes to racing games I think Ridge Racers 2 is unrivaled on handheld systems, but it's a PSP game. On Vita I remember having some fun with Need for Speed Most Wanted as well. It isn't the best port, but the core racing is fun. (n/t) (Rockman Pocket) (17:14:19 11/27/21 EST)
I thought Tearaway was really cool. It also came out on PS4, but it worked great on the Vita (which it was initially designed for). Lumines on Vita has some really nice tracks and production values. The Hatsune Miku games are good if you like rhythm games (though I think the 3DS iteration is my favorite). Soundshapes is pretty special, though I guess you can also play it on PS4. I like it best on Vita, though. (n/t) (Jeurja) (23:23:29 11/27/21 EST)
Yeah the weird thing about the vita is that it lived so shortly that almost everything got ported to something else, BUT it's also a really brilliant wee system to play the games on anyway. it's actually one of the best ways to play PSP and PSOne games, so I've got loads of them on the system, even though now they've closed the webstore it's a pain to buy all this shit online and they don't do sales anymore ;_; TxK and EDF2 are great as Brandon just said but I'd be hard pushed to think of any other exclusives.
