I don’t get it. What’s so surprising about this release, especially in a world where Vol 2 is “inevitable”? I would be a little surprised, just a little, if they translated Neo Poke-kun or Biomotor 2, something that required a new translation and extensive reworking of game.

Biomotor still seems obscure to me for some reason. But yeah they already released Big Bang Pro Wrestling (which I'd managed to forget about already) so at this point probably nothing should be surprising.

The way I see it, every US NGP game was released by the same publisher in the same way. Everything is equally common or obscure. Big Bang was the first to not be part of that since it didn’t come out in the US at all. When we see Evolution and Faselei they will have made the leap to UK only games, when they actually translate something or do something more than just dropping ROMs into an emulator then we know they are doing something at least a little unexpected.
