I've been playing this game for 10 years now and I still only have about half the pages. Recently I've been playing it a lot again on an emulator and I unlocked the E page a while back, but I still haven't gotten all the profiles in the notebook. What does it take? Playing on certain days of the year or something? I was playing late at night recently and I think I saw some new gags involving the excitable girl in gingham and pigtails. Later when I checked, her profile was available in the notebook, but actually I don't know if it wasn't before. I should keep track of this stuff better. (n/t) from Vasu Gorgon and Opa OPa.
I couldn’t figure it out IIRC, and I still have some fairly common visitors that aren’t unlocked. I also figured there were occult requirements like time and date involved. I’m missing 3,7,11,12,15,20,23,26,31 and 32. That’s assuming there aren’t any after 34. Maybe it’s impossible to complete.

I seem to be missing a lot of the same ones as you, but some different ones, too. I'm missing 5, 17, 18, and 25 and I do have 19 (Kame Kimo-san, a tortoise that lays eggs on Poke-kun while he sleeps), 20 (Fujime Neko-chan, sexy girl in a bikini that excites Poke-kun), 26 (Rocket Man-san, guy in rocket car with parachute), 32 (Mackerel-san, a frozen fish). Most of those ones I have are people I tend to associate with playing late at night, which is something I do a lot. Time of day might be important then.
