Playing through--twice!--the free Cryptmaster Demo from Steam, on PC, using a DualSense gamepad, in both Real-time and Turn-based modes!
There are some nice aspects to the presentation but the word puzzles, the combat, and the dungeons in this demo don't feel particularly inspiring; and the need to scour the walls for insects in order to keep your abilities powered, introduced juuuuust at the and, is just not fun.
The organization of commands for gamepad play could have been better. |
