| | I remember this being reputed as a system seller for the Jaguar ("Do the math!") but I suppose people were rather desperate for 3D shooting games back then, as this certainly hasn't aged well. It looks horrible, with ugly, murky tiling textures, incredibly pixellated "digitized" enemy sprites, and an incredibly wretched framerate.
You can play as Space Marine, Alien, or Predator. I tried Alien, figuring it would be zippy clawing action, and instead found myself crawling at a snail's pace around ugly, brown square corridors, and getting stuck at rooms called "airlocks." I managed to come upon one human, who crumpled into a messy digitized heap immediately. Then I crawled around the brown boxy corridors a bit more, started feeling nauseous, and called it a day. |
