Hori made these babies for the launch of the GC version of Soul Calibur II. They've got really responsive, clicky sticks, and flat buttons. I think convex buttons would be a little more comfortable for repeated smashing, somehow. Also, I wish the base were a little larger, and more rectangular, and that the colors weren't god-awful. Still, it's a very high-quality stick, and feels pretty much like the grey and orange "Namco" stick that Hori made for the PS1: ie, virtually indestructible. |
