A company called Bung made the one for the NGPC and I'm pretty that's what everyone who ever dumped games used. That Bung linker does use a parallel port connection, so I guess that'd make it more complicated than one of these for a lot of people. (n/t) from 25-Pin Bung Hole and Opa Opa .
Ah yeah the Pocket Linker. Too bad about the parallel port requirement! I wonder if there's any chance it would work via a USB-Parallel adapter. I think when I searched for an NGPC ROM dumper years ago I didn't know what terms to use and all I came up with was a breadboard kit thing, maybe like the one in the video inside. Also I think I got a video of Flavor talking about his stuff.
Breadboard prototype thing or something: VIDEO Flavor?: VIDEO A couple Pocket Linker auctions, kinda spendy ($139.99 and $175) and they don't vouch for whether they're still functional or not: https://www.ebay.com/itm/265788984681 https://www.ebay.com/itm/265788980877 There are various software downloads out there for it apparently (heck maybe the floppy in that second auction would be the score), no idea how tricky they may be to use on current systems even if the hardware end could be sorted out.
