i'm feeling pretty good - my union won a historically strong agreement from my employer by organizing very aggressively for well over year to get rank and file members involved and ready to strike if the company wouldn't meet our demands. the agreement we got is a huge improvement and only happened because of how credible our threat against our employer was, which feels pretty amazing. it has yet to be officially ratified, but considering it's nothing but concessions from our employer and gains for us, i'm very confident it will be within a couple weeks. there's always hope.
