My good friends! I think we as a community have an extra special way to look at the new Nintendo hardware. Rumor has it that its a portable system that can be easily hooked up to your tv. As a console it would be underpowered compared to PS4 and Xbox One. As a handheld, it would be lightyears beyond 3DS and Vita. With Nintendo's full focus on one system instead of two, how would you see this going?

They wouldn't be splitting software development between two platforms, so that might mean fewer delays and more output. But, it's also Nintendo, so they'll probably be slow no matter what. I'm pretty happy with my 3DS and Wii U, but I'm curious to see what the new system is and I'm sure I'll like it if only for the fact that there will be Nintendo games on it!

the chip they've chosen is a seriously underpowered mobile chip that developers generally do not like much. and the console dock thing... it would be so complex to actually make it significantly better graphically vs just making it a dock that a lot of folks are skeptical of it. That's what I think!

I havent bought a Nintendo system for third party support since 2001, and the rumoured chipset is AT LEAST as powerful as the Wii U. I guess im easily pleased. Nintendo can and probably will work wonders with it.
