Does it delete (or otherwise impact) the first one you built/saved? Could you try to make a few custom levels and then edit each of them? The problem was described to me as, "Saving any edited level causes the previous one to be deleted." (n/t) from Flavor.
I guess he has clarified to me a bit further. If he makes some custom levels (like 1 and 20), then plays custom level 20, when he finishes it, the game crashes. "The only issue left is that the game crashes when I finish the last custom level (20). I only had 2 custom level, the first and the last saved."
