Posted by exodus on October 12, 2019 at 20:33:16 EST in reply to Yes for PD games but no for commercial games. They are always in the SMC format which is a smart card image (not the same as snes rom format). BUt I can't find smart card rom burning software (n/t) from Atariananallstar.
hmmmm.yeah I don't remember how that happens at all! but there's got to be smart card rom software out there - I'll try to look when my brain is in the right place!
