I'd say 2003 is very good for VS play because its the one game with tagging in it which your dipshit Capcom friends will like. Its very good alone too since it has great endings. Personally I've played more versus 2002 than anything, probably. I used to share a place with a guy when we were both unemployed around 2002/2003 and we had this Astro City in the house with 2002 in it and we basically just played the shit out it. Hm dang I'm not sure I've seen many endings for 03. I had trouble with the difficulty curve--like, it was too easy, then you hit midboss Kusanagi and he's super hard, although of course that was possibly just due to me sucking. I like 02 all right, there are just a few flashy bits I can't turn off. (Did you mean 03 is the one *SNK* game with tagging Capcom fans will like?)
