Ford had majority control of Mazda at one point when they only had like %40…this is all very fuzzy for me since I’m very dumb about money but I remember something like this…anyway, more importantly, this article values SNK at nearly half a billion dollars. Ah I see. And the half billion would just be what the stock is at, I guess? I suppose MBS's aggressive rounding up of as many shares as possible drove the price up, because he was willing to pay whatever to get them. Maybe? I don't know much about that stuff either.
