MBS now owns 96.18% of SNK; apparently up until this latest purchase (Feb 15th), he had only owned 33% (Wikipedia's wording had made it sound like he'd acquired a majority share shortly after the initial purchase in Nov 2020).
 
Hm according to the filing he only owned 33% before this (Feb 15th); initially (Nov 2020) he had acquired that much and declared an intent to get a majority share, and the wording on Wikipedia's SNK article had made it sound like that had happened not too long after; but the Wikipedia article has now been updated and indicates that in fact, like the stock filing linked in the news article below also makes clear, up until this latest purchase, MBS had been holding at that initial 33%.
 
So SNK wasn't majority-MBS-owned when most of those Switch NGPC ports came out, etc.
