Posted by Paleface on April 25, 2022 at 19:14:59 EST in reply to MBS now owns 96.18% of SNK; apparently up until this latest purchase (Feb 15th), he had only owned 33% (Wikipedia's wording had made it sound like he'd acquired a majority share shortly after the initial purchase in Nov 2020). from Paleface.
And now Twitter's board has okayed Musk buying the company, so it's back to Tumblr for me. (Shareholders or regulators could still reject that deal, seems unlikely though.) (Oh huh MBS's charity or whatever that does the actual owning of SNK is MiSK Foundation. MiSK, Musk, neither gets my patronage.)
