I think I probably wouldn't buy like physical discs of post-MBS SNK stuff even used since I dunno I would feel like that's still supporting the product in some way. I think I would be okay buying used pre-MBS stuff, but I haven't had to do that since I already had all the stuff I was after. (n/t) from Paleface.
(Oh hey I did buy a used NGPC to extract the cart slot so yeah I guess buying used pre-MGS stuff doesn't bother me.)
