Playing Hi Score Mode (OLD, then NEW) in Arcade Archives Dig Dug II on PS4!
Beefier than the Famicom version, but without that version's "little console that could" charm, the difficulty feels kinda mean. ^ _^
The in-game manual says NEW has an easier first stage, but eventually gets harder. There were only 30 online rankings for OLD; NEW went up to 100 (but the top scores were lower than OLD's). The NEW stage 1 looks like the stage 1 in the Famicom version. |
