| | | This game is boring as heck in normal mode--the weapons are so big and the enemies move so fast that it feels as if you're just holding down Fire and waiting for the enemies to run through it. The graphics are incredibly fast, of course, and the bosses are pretty neat.
I like the 2 Minute and 5 Minute "Caravan" score attack modes better, here you get to blow up all kinds of bonus blocks hunting for powerups and secret bonus tiles, while blowing up waves of attackers as quickly as possible. If you die you restart the stage, and the beginnings of the stages don't have as many points to mine as the later bits, so watch out. |
