Sega released a controller made specifically for fishing games, and I'll be darned if it doesn't make fishing games...fun. It can detect flipping motions of the controller, like you're jerking the line to hook a fish, and then you crank away on the spinner to reel the fish in. It's also got force-feedback to simulate the fish fighting, if I remember right. If you have a fishing game for the DC that supports it, you really need to get one; and if you don't have either, well, see if you can try them out sometime; you just might be surprised!
Supposedly you can also use these for certain other games that support them, like Mr. Driller (see entry 486), which would be...neat? |
