When I was shopping for WS (albeit, long ago) everything was insanely cheap except like three games. Are Americans buying these now? I noticed a thread on NeoGeo.com about the Swan but I didn't read it. It would be kinda sad if a punch of collectards scooped up all the Swan shit, especially since there really aren't many WS games that are gaijin friendly and also fun. from SignOfZeta.
I think it's actually japanese collectors, somehow. I'm not really sure where they're going, but I do see them being more expensive in Japan than here, and the prices have risen just in the last year. My best guess is it's actually speculative price raising - with everything else getting more expensive, why not the wonderswan too, since there's not much to go around? I am glad I got judgment silversword when I had the chance - too bad about dicing knight!
