Daaang, I wrote that thing in 2001! I had SUCH a hard time finding a good primer on real mahjong online at the time. I did a search for that Tottemo E Mahjong Plus PS4 game you recommended and then found all sorts of links in a Game Escape video review I found. I might actually try to brush up on mahjong now that there are people like you and others who know what the hell they're doing in these games.
