I heard there is a Wii version with a front end and everything though that I've been too lazy to try. I need to hack that thing eventually. The single command line I use in my .bat file is just like "[path]mednafen.exe [rom filename]"--about as simple as it gets, if you have Windows! It has a pretty good in-emu menu system that makes and saves settings for things like full screen, controller mappings, and so forth, so you don't have to put a bunch of config options in the command line--you just do it once through the emulator's gui menus.
