Hey there! Your feelings are very recognizable. I remember when i was playing emulators all the time in the early 2000's, and then bought a GBA SP. The feeling of a single purpose device is amazing! Mario 3D Land was never that amazing to me, so I understand you feel underwhelmed. Maybe look into New Mario 2? Ive loved that since release. Luigis Mansion 2 is amazing as well! Link Between Worlds at 20 bucks as a Nintendo Selects game is amazing, but spend 50 if you have to. Its a true gem. Enjoy your 3DS, its become a piece of hardware with a ridiculous amount of great games.

Truth is, I was tired of the empty feeling that playing cellphone games like Final Fantasy Record Keepers was giving me. from chuckjaywalk.
