"Choujou Kessen" is the Japanese title of MotM and he specifically mentions "Choujou Kessen 2." If it was just some new sprite he made on his own he probably wouldn't bring it up in relation to a game that was never released. (n/t) from Rockman Pocket.
Some extra context, the original post (on the game's promotional Twitter) to which Falcoon responded mentions something along the lines of: "people who know the game and the stage that make up the illustration are real SNK buffs." Seems like he was looking to score some major history nerd points.
