| | | See my comments on the GBA port (entry 354). Somewhat prettier here, maybe, but pretty much the same difficult platformer with lovely cartoon graphics and rather complicated mechanics such as picking a giant tomato, releasing it to spin upwards like a helicopter, then jumping and grabbing it in midair to hitch a brief ride to a higher platform.
Man, Mario could just jump high and shoot fireballs at people. One step: press button. Bam. Platformers got too complicated later! Pah. |
