Couldn't get most of them to work, especially on Windows 10, but finally found Mednafen--it's command-line based and takes a little configuring with batch file setup or whatnot, but runs MotM perfectly, with full sound (even net play potentially, if I remember right), controller support (my PS4 arcade sticks work great), and beautiful pixel-perfect non-blurry graphics in full screen. Can't remember where I found it but Google should be helpful. The version I have is 0.9.38.7, updated September of last year. It's a multi-system emulator, the docs say the NGPC emulation is based off NeoPop--but they certainly have improved upon it or at least upgraded the audio/video support, among other things. And I should add that Mednafen was the *only* one I found--and I tried RAPE and NeoPop and all the other old ones I came across first--that could run MotM with perfect sound and non-blurry full-screen graphics in Windows 10 (didn't find any others that could do that in WinXP, either--don't remember if I've tried Mednafen in XP, though).
