She's a fun-lovin' ol' gal. Mary, Mary, quite con- trary. How does thy kill list grow? With buck- shot knells and shot- gun shells and dead guys all in a row.

Fer all out, no-holds-barred killin', no character outshines Bloody Mary. She starts with a shotgun, which she can handle better than anyone, and plenty of shells. For backup she's got a pistol that looks and sounds more like a gatling gun and seems to do a lot of damage. And if that runs out of ammo she's quite deadly with a knife or even her bare fists. Couple this with the endurance of a battleship and you've got Mary Nash, the perfect killing machine.

She ain't particularly good
at runnin' but who cares about that anyway? She'll break out a can of whip-ass on anyone, particularly at short range where she can operate with her shotgun to best effect.

It can hurt a guy's ego to sound like a duck.

In the Outlaws demo Mary even started with a light boilerplate! Lucasarts took this out of the full game, but even without a boilerplate she's damn hard to take down. She shrugs off pistol shots with a weird little quacking sound. Don't ask me why, she just grunts funny.

Which may be the reason why more people don't use her. She also makes a funny panting noise when she's tired. It can hurt a guy's ego to sound like a duck. I can understand that. But my love of killin' tends to overcome that. You GO, girl!
